WHY HYPNOSIS IS SO EFFECTIVE FOR LOSING WEIGHT

You probably can't tell just by looking at them but most people have struggled with weight and body image at some time. If you’ve tried to lose unwanted weight without success, if you’re tired of the diet roller coaster, if you’ve considered so-called ‘short-cuts’ like dangerous drugs, surgeries, or gimmicks…read on.

While we all understand the logic of the ‘eat less, move more’ formula, most diet and exercise programs generate only short-term results

This is because that the biggest hurdle to long term weight loss success is that all the reasons for becoming overweight are deeply rooted in the powerful subconscious mind. We may accumulate excess weight because we use food as a substitute to meet deeper emotional needs, to fend off unpleasant feelings, to fill a lack of love, to fend off fear, or for any of a variety reasons.

The sad fact is that these fears or negative emotions remain imprinted in the subconscious mind long after the initial situation is forgotten. So while sheer force of will can help us control cravings or get us started exercising will power is only a temporary solution to on-going problems.

Eventually old habits will return often brining back even more weight gain.
